The Kinetic Arm: What It Does and Why More Players Should Use It

      As a baseball player and especially a pitcher, injuries happen and they often come from the over-stressing of a ligament or joint. The most common of these injuries include a torn UCL (ulnar collateral ligament) which results in Tommy  John surgery. The UCL lies on the inside of your elbow and is the main ligament receiving stress when throwing. The kinetic arm is a relatively recent invention that helps take stress off of the elbow, posterior shoulder, and anterior shoulder. The kinetic arm is a type of arm sleeve that offers an exterior support system that has proven to take stress off the arm at peak stress levels. Allowing players to throw more and while also feeling good and protecting their arm. Multiple studies have been done of this product and they all have produced the same result.
