  The Apple Vision Pro has been very popular recently. Almost every time I go on Tin Tok or instagram, I find myself watching a video of someone walking around downtown wearing an apple vision pro, or someone sitting in their house watching a basketball game court side from their couch. In my opinion these VR headsets are completely changing how people live, and I don't think it is a good thing. I am someone who would prefer being outside than sitting in my house staring at my PS5. These people walking around with this thing around their head is crazy in my opinion, it just doesn't make sense to me. However, I do believe that this device can also be helpful to students, especially med-school students. One of the videos I came across on instagram, a student was using the headset to direct the human brain. The apple vision pro allowed them to take apart the body into individual parts, allowing them to study the body for exams and diagnosis. 

       WHOOP, a small bracelet that tracks how well your body recovers, your circadian rhythm, and how hard you worked your body. Elite athletes must be on top of everything in regards to their body. In order to perform at the highest level, one must also physically feel great. WHOOP is a great way to track those things most other smart watches can not track. It allows athletes to figure out how their body recovers, and with the addition of WHOOP's sleep coach, you can find what works best for you to sleep the best. Sleep coach works better, when you fill out the journal where you record what you ate, how much water you drank, and how much screen time you had for the day, and etc. WHOOP is a great resource for all athletes, that more people should look into purchasing.
